个人简介

      孙江伟，教授，博士生导师，国家高层次青年人才，中山大学逸仙学者。主要从事慢性非传染性疾病及其合并症的流行病学研究，包括识别相关危险因素、评估长期健康结局，以及构建临床预测模型等，以期实现慢病及其合并症的主动健康管理。近5年来，以第一作者/通讯作者在European Heart Journal, Gut, Lancet Regional Health-Europe, Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology, PLOS Medicine, Eclinicalmedicine, Neurology等杂志发表19篇SCI，参与发表37篇SCI。主编图书《玩转大数据：SAS+STATA+R+Python》，参编图书《流行病学案例与解析》。主持国家级海外高层次青年人才项目、中山大学引进人才启动项目，并主持瑞典科研基金6项。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（2025）。担任国内外多本期刊的editor：PLOS Medicine（2026年-）、BMC Medicine（2025年-）和Scientific Reports（2025年-）；青年editor：hLife（2025年-）和eGastroenterology（2024年-）；以及Editorial review board：Therapeutic Advances in Gastroenterology（2024年-）。

研究方向

  1. 消化系统疾病（如炎症性肠病、结直肠癌等）及其并发症（如心血管疾病、代谢性疾病和精神系统疾病）的流行病学研究：使用流行病学、卫生统计学、生物信息学、机器学习和人工智能方法，利用临床数据、注册数据库和组学数据，识别疾病的危险因素、长期健康结局、及构建临床预测模型等。
  2. 慢性疾病的危险因素及其健康结局研究：聚焦于神经退行性疾病患者和肿瘤患者。
