研究方向
本课题组围绕重大疾病开展分子标志物的鉴定及其功能与转化应用研究，具体包括：1）利用组学大数据分析方法，寻找与重大疾病易感、预后及疗效相关的分子标志物；2）结合生物信息学和功能实验手段，探究疾病相关分子标志物的作用机制；3）整合传统风险因素和分子标志物，开发筛检、诊断及预后模型，实现精准预防、精准诊断和精准预后。
