个人简介

主要研究方向为结核病病原生物学和系统流行病学。综合运用病原生物学,基因组学,空间流行病学,生物信息学和数理统计模型等多学科手段,从宿主群体和病原菌方面探究对结核病流行的驱动因素,包括病原菌传播、致病机制及其异质性研究,细菌耐药性的产生、播散和演化机制研究,同时评估其对传染病诊疗和防控的作用。

主持国家科技部重点研发项目课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然基金面上项目、深圳医科院前沿探索项目,NIH-CTSA-KL2,NIH-Fogarty等国内外基金项目。以第一作者或通讯作者在Lancet Infectious Diseases等期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,累计他引超过2500次。
