研究方向
主要研究方向为糖尿病及其并发症(肾脏病、心血管疾病)流行病学与生物信息学,致力于利用统计、机器学习方法,整合临床与多组学数据,识别疾病风险因子,构建预测预警模型。具体包括:
1.药物反应及作用靶点识别;
2.复杂疾病多组学整合研究
3.因果推断及机器学习方法开发与应用
