研究方向

主要研究方向为糖尿病及其并发症（肾脏病、心血管疾病）流行病学与生物信息学，致力于利用统计、机器学习方法，整合临床与多组学数据，识别疾病风险因子，构建预测预警模型。具体包括：

1.药物反应及作用靶点识别；

2.复杂疾病多组学整合研究

3.因果推断及机器学习方法开发与应用
