研究简介

       新型基因组学测序技术如Hi-C和single-cell Hi-C技术为理解基因组三维结构在健康和疾病中的关键生物功能提供了前所未有的机遇，课题组主要研究方向是开发和应用统计学习及深度学习模型解决三维基因组学领域的关键计算问题。
