研究简介
主要研究方向为传染病(结核病)基因组流行病学和系统流行病学。综合运用病原生物学,基因组学,空间流行病学,生物信息学,数学模型和传统流行病学等交叉学科,从宿主群体和病原菌方面探究对疾病流行的驱动因素,包括病原菌(结核菌)传播及其异质性研究,细菌耐药性的产生、播散和演化机制研究,同时评估其对传染病诊疗和防控的作用。主持包括国自然,NIH-CTSA,NIH-UCGHI,全国博士后基金等国内外多个基金项目。已发表SCI文章30余篇,包括发表在Lancet Infectious Diseases(Lancet ID),CID,JID,BMC Medicine, Nature Eco Evo,PNAS等国际期刊。
