科研简介

课题组主要围绕环境污染与健康展开研究工作,关注各种食品中新型污染物的污染特征及其暴露对慢性代谢疾病及神经毒性的影响,利用质谱分析、多组学及分子生物分析手段探究关键毒理机制。已发表SCI论文20余篇,包括Advance Science, Cell Reports, Redox Biology, Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Science of the Total Environment等。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省基础与应用基础等多个项目。担任SCI期刊Environmental geochemistry and health编委、中国分析测试协会生命组学分会委员、广东省毒理学会会员、广东省营养学会个性化精准营养分会会员。
